1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the u20 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the u20 platform.
Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of those new terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
The u20 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required minimum age and are legally eligible to use these services under applicable Malaysian law.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at u20. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. u20 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.
- Use a strong, unique password for your u20 account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of your account after using a shared device.
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
U20 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to safeguard your account and maintain platform integrity.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
U20 platform users are required to comply with all applicable rules and are responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts. The platform is intended for personal use only and not for any commercial purpose.
The following are strictly prohibited on the u20 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or systems to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's systems or security.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any transaction.
- Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Fraud or any attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the system.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freeze, and legal action where applicable.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the u20 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported payment methods, including online bank transfer, GrabPay, and Touch 'n Go eWallet.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated on the platform's transaction page at the relevant time. u20 reserves the right to update these limits without prior notice. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few minutes up to 24 hours on business days.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method in the registered user's name only.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
- U20 reserves the right to request document verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
- Any attempt to carry out fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Account balances do not accrue interest and cannot be transferred to another user. u20 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
U20 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any threat to platform security. In cases where an account closure is confirmed due to a terms violation, the balance may be frozen pending investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through account settings. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all reviews are complete.
Limitation of Liability
U20 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including temporary technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or any loss of data. u20's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and other materials on the u20 platform are the exclusive property of u20 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such elements without explicit written permission from u20.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The u20 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. u20 has no control over the content or privacy policies of those sites and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from their use. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Changes to Terms
U20 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the u20 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
